After spending the weekend in pain with lower wisdom tooth pain - enough was enough. A call around several NHS dentists who \u2018didnt have prescribers in\u2019 or \u2018couldnt fit me in\u2019, and a long phone call with 111 - I gave up on the NHS dentist front and googled emergency dentists near me. Night and Day Hull came up, and with lots of positive reviews - I was sold (albeit nervous about the cost, going private), so I booked an appointment for the same day \u00a350 consultation fee.\nAfter arrival, I was seen within 5 minutes by Dr Kiran Bhella, who was superb and dental nurse Jessica, who made me feel comfortable. Dr Bhella did two very quick X-rays and discovered it was my upper wisdom tooth causing all the problems - and upsetting the lower! Within half an hour, it was removed, quickly, efficiently and pain free (I was terrified, but had no reason to be at all) The relief from the upper tooth was IMMEDIATE and Dr Bhella also prescribed antibiotics to reduce the swelling around the irritated bottom tooth. The cost\u2026 well it\u2019s not cheap! At \u00a3450. However, there was an option to do a 3, 6, or 12 month payment plan - so if you choose this option make sure you have photo ID with you.
